Returns for Originals
Hello, every painting created here is handmade, and the whole heart is involved in the process.
Paintings once sold can not be returned. However, please get in touch with me if the painting is damaged during shipping.
Returns for Prints
I accept returns for the print orders for India only.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.
Please contact me within 5 to 7 days once your order is received.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange and replacement do not apply to any product.
Cancellation
The Full Amount will be refunded if you cancel the order within 5 hours of placing the order.
Refund
Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
